I work for the city and work 10 hr days on a very loud noisy truck and needed custom ear plugs . Reza and his staff went far and beyond my expectations to meet my hearing protection needs! He personally designing and hand crafted the best pair I’ve ever had , for a very reasonable price!
P.S. Their coffee is top notch while waiting! :-)).

I had a great experience at Acoustic Hearing. The receptionist was warm and lively and made me feel welcome right away. I came in for a tinnitus assessment and a general hearing check, and Reza was thorough with the testing and took the time to explain things clearly. He was patient throughout and very kind, which made the whole appointment easy and comfortable. Thanks to the whole team — highly recommend.

I was experiencing some sensitivity to the wind, and before I could be referred to a specialist, I needed to complete a hearing test. I found Acoustica online, and I'm so glad I did. The entire experience was friendly, professional, and seamless. Sir Reza was very thorough and took the time to explain each step of the hearing test, which made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I was looking for a clinic that could see me quickly, and although it was about a 20-minute drive from Vancouver, it was absolutely worth it. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Response from the owner:Thank you so much for your great feedback. We are glad that we could help.
